Black Swan

I've been slaving over this for the past few days. And I feel more than accomplished. I didn't feel like spending too much money on a Halloween costume this year so I decided to make my own. I stopped by one of my favorite thrift shops and with the design of Natalie Portmans' phenomenal ballet outfit in mind, I started my scavenger hunt. I found a really nice ballet suit for $2.50. Next I headed to Michael's (craft central) purchased a few feathers and blinged out accessories, $9.28, and I was on my voyage to something great. I could feel it. Day one, and my costume was looking better than your mother on her wedding day. Day two, Ow ow I'm unstoppable. On day three I had to go by Wal-Mart for the finishing touches. I couldn't find a black tutu so I bought the material and made my own, $6.74. For a mere 18.00 bucks I designed my own costume and saved dinero. Win after win! I'll upload the picture of it by the end of the day. Enjoy your Monday. Peace.
