I'm scheduled to have an MRI next week. And the MRI will determine if surgery is required. My left knee is alot more swollen than the right one. The doctor said it was either a stretched ligament on the peak of tearing or damaged cartilage. He said, "Perla you better pray its's just a stretched ligament or else I have to do  surgery to remove the damaged cartilage." He then explained it could get infected and even more problems would arise. I just want the pain to go away. It feels like a needle is submerged somewhere inside my knee cap. So throughout the day I feel sharp pains here and there. And even when I lay in bed, if my leg  is positioned incorrectly, the pain shoots on and off as well.

I miss working out. I miss it so much. I'm one of those people that runs just to run for no reason. It makes me feel good, it gives my mind a break, and it makes my body stronger. I just want to run. Runaway. Peace.

I'm glad your feeling better! I hate the feeling that you feel useless when all you wanna do is get up and work out, or just do something. Keep on hitting the insanity!
