15th Day!!

I am half way done! Whew! As of today I haven't missed one work out. And on "Relief" day, I am doing an extra 30 minutes of yoga. My enthusiasm is at its highest and I feel great all around.

The food I am consuming is also alot more healthier. I try not to throw the word "diet" in there because I want to eat better all the time. I want it to be an every day thing, not a temporary goal.

I have lost a total of 6 lbs! And although I haven't measured myself I feel alot thinner. My pants aren't as snugged around the waistline and my blouses aren't as tight either.

15 more days and I'm moving on to a hybrid work out!
