Yesterday I completed The Asylum’s Insanity 30-Day exercise program.
I missed a total of three workouts. And the results are in! I lost a total of 5
and ½ inches off my waist and hips (the very little I have) and my thighs
increased an inch each. I lost a total of 5 lbs. I gained more muscle along the
way. So I'm content with my results.
Being a vegetarian already consists of a pretty strict food selection so I just tried to eat more vegetables and tofu. But I do horribly on the weekends. I need to work on that!
I am going to re-do the entire program again, starting this
coming up Monday. I love the results but I knew one month would not get me to
where I ideally want to be. Just imagine if I continue doing this! My waist, tummy, and hips will continue to minimize in size and my legs' radius will increase!!! Which is necessary for soccer enthusiasms like myself!
