They say, “Take it one day at a time.” I'm perfectly fine during the day. I keep busy and my mind doesn't have time to deliberate. But when I lay down at night and the world is inaudible. I start thinking. I deviate away from sleep and my mind just rambles on. Questions and thoughts just haste through. I concretely have to tell myself to stop. It doesn't always work but it’s worth a shot. The mind can be a terrible place for those who can’t dwindle their thoughts away.
